Can I book an Intake Session?

Please do! Send me an e-mail and we can connect to do an introductory session to see if this would be a good therapeutic fit.

What are your fees?

My standard session rate is $175 for 45 minute sessions. I do have a small number of sliding scale spots available.

What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that supports people in healing from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing or distressing experiences. Read more here.
